We are happy to send to any ‘Plant Concierge’ service that you choose that will ship to your state if you are in WA, TAS, NT.

Please be sure to choose a concierge service that will accept bare rooted plants.

Prior to purchase

You make the arrangements with your chosen concierge service. They will instruct you to add your shipping details at checkout as:

‘Your name',

c/- the concierge shipping address.*

*Our automated system will not accept address information from restricted quarantine states.

Please remember to add ‘Concierge arranged with (concierge name).’ to your order notes at checkout when you complete your purchase in our store.

Once your plant arrives safely with your concierge service, we consider it delivered in good order, unless you advise us otherwise within 24 hours, so be sure to follow up with your Plant Concierge to confirm delivery and the condition on arrival.

Please note, we do not send cuttings via concierge without prior arrangement. Please message us here before you order cuttings (when available) or arrange concierge and we will work through the process with you and advise the best way forward.

We take no responsibility for your plant’s condition following treatment and shipping from your chosen concierge service to your home. These processes can be hard on plants and we take no responsibility for poor condition of plants on arrival after going through the treatment/double shipping process.

WA -  ‘Preapproval to Import’ Permit. (Fees Apply)

We do ship direct to WA if you apply for a ‘Preapproval to Import’ permit.  Items imported this way are inspected and require no treatment. It is your responsibility to ensure that your purchases are ‘permitted’ on the WAOL.  We don’t check the WAOL, so you must check it to ensure your items are permitted into WA, before you complete the form and pay all fees. Failure to do so may result in your non-permitted plant being confiscated at Quarantine. The Plant Factor takes no responsibility for this.

All plants are sent bare root, (no sphagnum moss) in damp paper towel. They are correctly tagged and cleaned. You must not exceed 20 items in your shipment. Please allow 7 days for order processing prior to shipping.

Please message us here prior to ordering if you wish to use this import method and we can work with you to ensure all runs smoothly and allow our system to accept your WA address details.

Fees

We charge a handling fee of $5 per ordered item for extra processing required to correctly complete these orders.
