Shipping
All Plants are shipped ‘Express’ via Australia post. Due to our location in Tropical North Queensland, this usually takes 2-5 days but can take up to 7 days during busy periods, like Xmas and public holidays. Please read our Quarantine states policy here.
We now offer flat rate Express shipping for $18 on all orders under 5kg,
*Excludes bulk wholesale orders or other large commercial orders. Shipping in those cases will be quoted at time of ordering.
Please contact us before completing payment if your calculated shipping is not working and we can calculate it manually for you.
We only ship on Mondays.
Orders completed prior to 6pm (Qld time) on Sunday will be shipped that week. Orders received after 6pm (QLD time) will be shipped the next available shipping week. We reserve the right to change the deadline time without notice during very busy periods. We will always do our best to get your item to you but sometimes you may have to wait till the following week's available shipping date if submitting orders close to deadlines. Check our banner announcements for any current shipping changes.
If you have any special requests regarding your shipping date please contact us prior to purchase to clarify.
Our shipping season is during the warmer months from early October to the end of April with a break during the Xmas and Easter holiday periods. We also avoid shipping during shorter weeks which include public holidays.
By ordering from our site you acknowledge that you are aware that we sell tropical plants that require warmth and humidity to grow well.
All plants are carefully packed to travel well even with postal delays. You can read our packing guidelines here. We take all due care when packing your plants but we take no responsibility for damage caused by poor shipping practices during transit/delivery, cold or heat damage during delivery or postal delays. Always contact us immediately if your parcel arrives damaged or there are excessive delays and we can help you take the next steps.
Generally, you should receive your plant within 2-5 days. We would appreciate you letting us know if you have not received your plant within 7 days. Tracking details will be forwarded to you once your item is shipped if you include your mobile number at checkout.. Please ensure you have checked your tracking progress prior to messaging us for assistance. We will ask you for this info so we can help.
Due to the rural location of our business, we can’t offer other methods of shipping at the moment. (IE. Sendle or TNT etc.) These services are not always regular in our area and there are no guarantees that the plants will ship quickly once picked up. We can deliver to your chosen service if you arrange on-shipping with them yourself. We take no responsibility for your plant once delivered to your selected carrier in good order. Contact us to arrange same prior to placing an order please.

We offer courier delivery to Mareeba and Cairns. Delivery days are subject to Courier availability but can usually be dispatched within 2-5 working days. Fridays are our usual Courier delivery day for Mareeba and Cairns. Sunday 6pm is the deadline for our weekly delivery orders. For more information message us here.
*Excludes large commercial orders, the courier charges for these will be quoted at time of ordering.
*Central suburbs and Northern Beaches. We are unable to offer courier delivery to Southern corridor suburbs of Cairns, please contact us prior to ordering to arrange a drop off in an eligible suburb or choose post as shipping method.
We offer FREE weekly delivery (conditions apply) within the Douglas Shire, South of the Daintree River. Please contact us for details.
Pick up
We do NOT offer local pick up as our business is not open to the public. If you have travelled to North Queensland our Courier service OR Local delivery may be able to drop off to your accommodation. Please message us for more info.
